Enevex® Q17 Quick Acting Protection

enevex® Q17 Quick Acting protection is a hybrid sealant. The product is suitable for all painted surfaces on cars, motorcycles, caravans and yacht exteriors. The very simple and quick application guarantees the best gloss results with an intensive color refresh. The product docks directly onto the paint molecule, improves the surface against dirt and forms a water-repellent protective layer. The product has a wide range of uses and is ideal for professional and private use. Areas of application: all painted surfaces on automobiles, motorcycles, caravans and exterior surfaces of yachts

Use:

• Clean the surface with enevex® AT10 Special Cleaner and then neutralize with Pre-Cleaner
• Place the application cloth over the applicator
• Drop 12 – 18 drops of enevex® Q17 Quick Acting protection onto the application cloth and spread quickly over the surface (a visible film must form) and polish until you achieve a high-gloss and streak-free result. Work on each component one by one
• Excess material or slight streaks must be removed immediately with the enevex® CT23 Ceramic Towel, as the product crystallizes and cannot be removed later
• Recoating enevex® Q17 Quick Acting protection after 30-60 minutes
• The full hydrophobic properties develop in the first 6 – 8 hours
• Caution: Do not apply directly in the sun. Protect the product from direct sunlight and frost.

Lifetime:

enevex® Q17 Quick Acting Protection after 30-60 minutes has a protective function of up to 12 months. To achieve a higher protective layer, you can apply another layer after 30 – 60 minutes. Regular aftercare with enevex® W23 Waterless Clean and Care, enevex® WH31 Wet Coating, enevex® PS35 Premium Shampoo “Snow Foam” also extends the service life. Fully cured after: 24 hours. Weatherproof after: after 4 – 6 hours.

Note after use: Coating products require a certain amount of time after application to bond to the surface and fully cure. enevex® Q17 is only fully cured after 24 hours and offers full protection. Until then, the coating is still sensitive to heavy use. Bird droppings and insect residues should therefore be removed as quickly and gently as possible. In the first 14 days, please do not subject the vehicle to mechanical stress or strong friction caused by machine washing or hand washing with a brush. Care: Make sure to only use care products that do not damage the surface and have the same water-repellent properties as the coating. Please do not use any additional hot wax seals (e.g. in car washes).
