enevex® GC10 Glass Coating

The most advanced high-tech, high-performance sealant provides the highest protection for glass surfaces and is highly water-repellent. With this surface optimization, you get self-cleaning glass and clear visibility, even in sudden rain showers. Self-cleaning glass means that the nanocoating removes a large portion of the dirt with the help of sunlight and rain. Protect yourself, your environment, and enhance road safety. Caution: Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents.

Application:

• Clean the glass surface with enevex Glass Cleaner.
• Then, thoroughly clean the glass surface with enevex® GP23 Glass Polish.
• Clean the surface with enevex® AT10 Special Cleaner and neutralize with enevex® Pre-Cleaner.
• Place the application cloth over the applicator.
• Drop 12 to 18 drops onto the application cloth and rub it onto a small section (approximately 40 x 40 cm) of the glass surface for 1 to 2 minutes until 90% of the product is polished out. If the product dries too quickly, add more product to the application cloth and repeat the process until the product is almost invisible.
• After a short exposure time of about 2 to 5 minutes, remove the residues with the Special Coating Towel.
• Caution: Do not apply directly in sunlight. Protect the product from direct sunlight and frost.
• pH resistance: pH 2 – 13

Lifetime:

The lifetime is therefore very long and can be up to 7 years on glass facades always according to the product selection. Windscreens: approx. 12 to 18 months / side windows: 5 to 6 years. Silicon particles invisibly bond to the glass and protect it from deposits and organic or inorganic dirt. Rain simply rinses off dirt such as dust, pollen, vehicle and industrial exhaust particles, metal and aluminum oxidation, alkalis and acids. Caution: Protect the product from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures. 

 Note after use: Coating products require some time after application to bond with the surface and fully cure. Surfaces treated with sealant products should always be cleaned as gently as possible to avoid damaging or removing the product’s properties. Avoid strong cleaning agents with high pH levels or high solvent content.
