enevex® TL20 Tile Protection
enevex® TL20 Tile Protection is a highly durable surface coating for various smooth mineral surfaces, such as granite, marble, ceramic surfaces in sanitary areas, and various tiles. With minimal application, a long-lasting, scratch- and dirt-resistant protective layer is achieved. It protects against damage from resins, acids, salts, weather, and mechanical influences. enevex® TL20 Tile Protection is heat-resistant up to +890°. enevex® TL20 Tile Protection meets the requirements for food contact materials according to §§ 30 and 31 of the Food and Feed Code and may safely come into contact with food after complete curing. Areas of application: Marble, granite, tiles, and ceramic surfaces in sanitary areas.

Application:
The surface must be dry and grease-free. Apply the product with our applicator on smooth surfaces. After a short waiting time of about 1 – 2 minutes, you can remove excess product with an enevex® CT23 Ceramic Towel. It is also ideally applicable in the fine spray or roll-on method. After 120 minutes, the product is dust-dry. enevex® CT23 Ceramic Towel requires about 6 – 8 days for complete curing (depending on temperature and humidity). After curing, the coating is resistant to acids, bases, and solvents (pH range of 2 – 13). Service life: Depending on the substrate, surface load, and coating thickness, the service life is 2 – 8 years. Separate drying can shorten the drying time by about 2 – 3 days. After treatment, protect the surface from dirt, moisture, and fingerprints for at least 18 – 24 hours. Caution: Do not apply directly in the sun or let it dry out. Protect the product from direct sunlight and frost.

Note after use: Coating products need some time to bond with the surface and fully cure after application. Surfaces treated with sealing products should always be cleaned as gently as possible to avoid damaging or even removing the product. Avoid using strong cleaning agents with a high pH value or a high content of solvents.
