Our Aircraft ceramic coating solutions, developed for different surface types used on aircraft, consist of professional products designed to protect glass, clean and untreated metal, and painted surfaces. These products are designed for use on the surfaces of aircraft, private jets, helicopters and similar air vehicles. The common feature of our three products is that they help provide long-term surface protection against the harsh environmental conditions to which aircraft are exposed. The products offer features such as resistance to UV and weather conditions, resistance to moisture and environmental effects, chemical resistance, increased scratch and abrasion resistance, easy cleanability and surface protection. In addition, thanks to their self-healing properties, the products help eliminate micro-scratches that may occur on the surface and provide resistance to high temperatures without changing the fire-resistance characteristics of the surface.

Three Aircraft Solutions for Different Surface Types

Glass Protection; Developed for clean and untreated glass surfaces of aircraft. It helps protect against resin, dirt, acids, weather conditions and mechanical effects; and provides resistance to UV and weather conditions, moisture and environmental effects, chemical resistance, increased scratch and abrasion resistance, and easy cleanability.

Metal Protection; Developed for clean and untreated metal surfaces on aircraft. It helps protect against moisture, dirt, chemicals, weather conditions and mechanical effects, while helping to increase the hardness and scratch/abrasion resistance of the metal surface. It also provides corrosion protection and high-temperature resistance.

Surface Protection; Developed for painted surfaces of aircraft. It provides resistance to UV and weather conditions, moisture and chemicals, as well as increased scratch and abrasion resistance, corrosion protection and easy cleanability.

Manufacturing for Professional and Commercial Use

Our Aircraft series offers a comprehensive coating solution for the different surface requirements encountered on aircraft, rather than being limited to a single surface type. With separate formulations for glass, metal and painted surfaces, the aim is to provide professional protection suited to the specific requirements of each surface.

These products can be manufactured upon special request to meet professional and commercial use requirements. We have the manufacturing capability to produce three different Aircraft products for use on various surfaces in the aviation industry. This enables us to offer the appropriate Aircraft ceramic coating solution for glass, metal or painted surfaces according to our customers’ needs.
