EnevexⓇ HC12 Heavy Cut Compound | P1200

EnevexⓇ Heavy Cut Compound is an innovative, silicone-free and highly efficient abrasive paste designed for the quick refurbishment of heavily weathered paintwork and the removal of deep scratches. It effectively removes paint mist and sanding marks from P1200 grit and above. Thanks to its highly abrasive and uniform grit, it delivers high cutting performance with a medium to high gloss finish. It allows for extended polishing with minimal dust and spattering, without burning into the paintwork. The compound is easy to wipe off with the PT36 and is suitable for all types of paintwork, including both soft and scratch-resistant finishes. Areas of Application: Suitable for painted surfaces on cars, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, and similar applications.

Properties: Grinding grade: 10.0 / Gloss grade: 6.0

Use:

Apply enevexⓇ Heavy Cut Compound evenly to the surface to be worked on and polish using a rotary polishing machine with the enevex lambskin polishing pad (for grinding from grit size P1200) or a enevexⓇ polishing pad “ppH” (for grinding from grit size P2000) in a crosswise motion at medium speed and medium pressure. For processing using an eccentric polishing machine, please use a enevexⓇ polishing pad “ppH”. To remove polish residues, it is best to use a microfiber cloth such as the enevexⓇ PT36 polishing Towel. The best possible surface is achieved by repolishing with enevexⓇ Medium Cut Compound and Fine Cut Polish. Warnings: Shake well before use. Before using, check suitability and compatibility. Do not apply to hot surfaces and protect from excessive heat and frost. Safety data sheet available on request for trade users.
