Our Marine ceramic coating solutions, developed for different surface types used on marine vessels, consist of professional products designed to protect glass, clean and untreated metal, as well as gelcoat and painted surfaces. These products are designed for use on the surfaces of sport boats, yachts, sailboats and similar marine vessels. A common feature of our three products is that they help provide long-lasting protection for surfaces against the harsh conditions of the marine environment. The products offer features such as resistance to UV and weather conditions, saltwater resistance, chemical resistance, increased scratch and abrasion resistance, easy cleanability and surface protection. In addition, the products are stated to have self-healing properties and to provide high-temperature resistance without altering the surface’s fire-resistance characteristics.

Marine Solutions for Three Different Surface Types

Glass Protection; Developed for clean and untreated glass surfaces of marine vessels. It helps protect against resin, salt, acid, weather conditions and mechanical effects, while offering resistance to UV and weather conditions, saltwater resistance, chemical resistance, increased scratch and abrasion resistance, and easy cleanability.

Metal Protection; Developed for clean and untreated metal surfaces on marine vessels. It helps protect against salt, resin, acid, weather conditions and mechanical effects, while helping to increase the hardness and scratch/abrasion resistance of the metal surface. It also provides corrosion protection and high-temperature resistance.

Surface Protection; Developed for gelcoat and painted surfaces of marine vessels; it can also be applied to pure plastic surfaces on water sports equipment. In addition to resistance to UV and weather conditions, saltwater and chemicals, it provides increased scratch and abrasion resistance, corrosion protection and easy cleanability.

Manufacturing for Professional and Commercial Use

Our Marine series products offer a comprehensive coating solution not only for a specific surface type, but also for the different surface requirements encountered on marine vessels. With separate formulations for glass, metal and painted/gelcoat surfaces, the aim is to provide professional protection suited to the specific requirements of each surface.

These products can be manufactured upon special request for professional and commercial use requirements. We have the capability to manufacture three separate Marine products for use on different surfaces in the marine industry. This enables us to offer the appropriate Marine ceramic coating solution for glass, metal or painted surfaces according to our customers’ needs.
